But what if I told you that you might develop the skills necessary to disprove limiting ideas and discover your FLOW by adopting a comprehensive strategy that strikes a balance between the Yin and Yang energy forces? It is doable! You may unleash the power of your body and mind and access a state of total absorption and involvement by entering the state of “FLOW”, which makes you participate in non-intuitive movement involving deliberate attention of all limbs simultaneously. This method forces you to venture outside of your comfort zone, face the unknown, and give the present your all.

To get you started, you can follow these three steps:

Step 1: Get in touch with your body. Start by becoming conscious of your body and the feelings in each limb. A few slow, deep breaths can help you relax completely. Next, do non-intuitive exercises that force you to move differently, like yoga or Tai Chi. You can achieve FLOW if you can integrate your mind and body in this way.

Step 2: Confront your limitations. Be aware of any limiting thoughts that surface while you do non-intuitive movement, such as “I can’t do this” or “I’m not good enough.” Recognise these feelings, but resist letting them hinder you. Instead, push them with encouraging words and a growth mentality.

Step 3: Accept the unknowable. You must be willing to let go of control and welcome the uncertainty in order to find your FLOW. Practise letting go of the past and future to completely participate in the action at hand without worrying about the result. This will enable you to access a state of total engrossment and involvement and profit from FLOW.
