We don’t always get to choose when life forces a reset. But we do get to choose what we do with it.
After my final professional fight in Miami, 1988, I found myself in unfamiliar territory—no longer the British Kickboxing Champion, no longer prepping for a bout, but standing at the edge of something new.
That’s when I met him.
Mr. Marriott.
Yes—that Marriott. The man behind the hotel empire.
We got talking. And one moment in particular changed everything for me.
💡 He told me how he realised something genius…
His hotels—many of them at international airports—were already open 24 hours. They had chefs, kitchens, logistics.
And he thought:
“Why not supply in-flight meals to airlines? No new capital cost. No need to build anything. Just use what we’ve already got.”
That right there—that’s the kind of lateral thinking that builds empires.
He wasn’t chasing more. He was maximising what was already there.
That insight became a guiding principle in my coaching and life ever since.

🔁 What That Has to Do with Mastering the Second Half of Life
I work with people who’ve done well—but feel stuck.
You might have built a business, a family, a life that looks solid on the outside—but inside, something’s shifting. There’s a knocking, a sense that it’s time for something more.
Here’s the truth:
The second half of life isn’t about starting from scratch. It’s about learning to see yourself—and your life—with fresh eyes.
Like Mr. Marriott, we’re not building new kitchens. We’re looking at what’s already running… and asking, what else can this do?
👣 Here’s How I Coach You Through That Shift:
1. Get Clear on What’s Solid—and What’s Shaky
Start by grounding yourself.
- What in your life right now feels steady?
- What’s draining you or feels out of alignment?
This gives you clarity. Not everything needs rebuilding—but something probably needs repurposing.
2. Explore the Options Already in Front of You
You don’t need to “find your passion.” You’ve already lived enough to know what sparks you.
We dig into what excites you, what calls you, what you've shelved until "one day."
That day is now.
3. Build Momentum Through Movement
This is where my work is different.
I don’t just coach in a chair—I get people moving.
Movement unlocks ideas.
It shifts emotional blockages.
It opens “Mental-Altitude”—the mental space needed to see clearly and solve creatively.
When we move the body, the mind follows. It’s in your DNA as an entrepreneur, athlete, or action-taker.
4. Stay the Course with Systems, Not Willpower
Momentum needs a framework.
Through habits, routines, and body-led problem solving, we make sure you don’t just start strong—you stay strong.
That’s how you master the second half.
Not with brute force.

With rhythm. Flow. Awareness. Purpose.
🎯 The Lesson from Marriott That Changed My Life
Stop chasing new.
Start seeing what’s already working.
Then repurpose it with purpose.
That’s how you build something extraordinary—with less strain, more vision.
You’ve already built the kitchen.
Now let’s feed the world.
