It’s my life or is it?

They say, “seeing is believing” but in this world of photo-shop perhaps the saying holds no value unless you are talking about the vision you create for yourself.

You are the creator of your world.

You are the creator of your world so be careful of the words we use to describe ourselves or the words we allow others to use to describe us.

Samurai proverb, “Do not speak badly of yourself. For the warrior within hears your words and is lessened by them“.

If you think it you will believe it, and you will create the world you think about, and the vision you have for it will be your world. A world you thought about, a world you talked about, and a world you created by the visions in your head.

Is your current world a dream or a nightmare?

Who would you like to be? What does your dream world look like in your head? Did you know you could energise yourself by building a collage of the world you would like to live. It’s not hard to do you can simply cut photos from a magazine of the places you want to visit, the people you want to meet, the person you want to be and glue/pin it to paper.

Build your vision and place it where you can see it every day and use language that supports your dream board.

Fake it till you make it!

Allow the music to play in your head, dare to be bold, and begin living like your vision is your reality

My vision board is below. It means a lot to me and I have learned to enjoy my journey. I tell you this as I am still dreaming of long-distance travel and fantastic retreats where I can help people, like you, move on with their lives and discover new things about themselves. I want you to learn from my mistakes and my successes. That’s why for your benefit I have this FREE online course you can access here; www.painpointcoach.co.uk
