Yale University say that 96% of what you do daily is routines/habits/ or patterns anyway that you prefer to describe it. Not 25% or 40% of patterns we fall into but a whopping 96% of the way we respond to our peers, children, boss and the things we do are programmed in just like a bit of software playing in the background.

Years ago when I was running my property business I would come home sometimes angry, sometimes anxious and many times stressed. I now realise I was responding incorrectly but through my sporting background I understood that if I can build routines/patterns in my sport and improve that I could also do it for coping better in life. So, I had to rewrite the program in my mind just like installing new software.
This very challenge to overcome stress, anxiety, anger & overwhelm is dealt with in my book by rebooting the mind, body & spirit through non intuitive simultaneous movement of all limbs. It is not physically demanding but mentally stretching and harmonizing your Yin & Yang so eventually you FLOW.
