No one is suggesting you take great leaps of faith then hang on and enjoy the ride. Making effective change is about taking small steps to form new habits. The right habits. If the degree of risks is acceptable to you and you are exercising your right to move beyond your comfort zone, then you should do it. How do you know whether you are up for a new challenge then ask yourself and reflect on your response? Are you a ten today or are you four or five? A low score may suggest I am not up for it but anything over 7 must be a definitive “YES.” Go for it – learn to question your thoughts and leave your comfort zone in small calculated steps and see your life improve. |

Living an authentic life is a happier more fulfilled life.
Society will have you believe you need a faster car, a bigger house and top, top job.
None of these things will bring you happiness or fulfilment.
Listen to your heart and question your thoughts.
This is truly your first step in freeing yourself from the confines of your mind and its limitations it imposes on you.

- 1Self-evaluate how are you going to respond today with the mind or the heart?
- 2Write down how you feel.
- 3Write down your issue.
- 4Go for a walk and allow multiple responses to your problem to reveal themselves.
- 5Decide upon a course of action if you score low you need work on your confidence using the Maximize Performance program.
- 6You scored high or relatively high then listen to your heart and leave your comfort zone.
- 7Journal how this made you feel.
- 8Journal your outcome when possible.
- 9Commit to repeating this process and learn to take bigger and harder decisions in the heat of the moment with Maximize Performance program.
