Leave your dream board where you can see daily so it forms part of the subconscious mind. Remember the more colourful the more likely you are to store the information to long term memory.

Looking back, I knew very quickly into my boxing career that seeing my destination were the key factors in me reaching my career goals. I could train at 100%, refuel with the right nutrition at 100% but without belief, I would have come second every time.


I want you to learn from my experience of competing at the top level in my sport and the life lessons I took with me when successfully selling my business for a life changing sum in 2018.


The ability to visualize your success is key and if you can create a blueprint which is a design plan in your subconscious mind then when you sleep your brain is bringing the reality of your planning to life.

If you believe, if you feel it, you will perceive it and you will create your reality.

I can share with you one truism that has held me. When I could visualise a victory, I held belief, I performed much better, much stronger, with more conviction and I felt better.


When I did not visualise my victory, I did not fight with the same conviction and in some instances, I felt like I had an out of body experience looking down at myself in the ring.


Apparently, this is not unusual for fighters. My takeaway from the experience is that I had no belief. That I could not visualise my victory. The mind is more likely to believe when you become so drilled that the level of commitment required to win is won in the practice arena and taken to the performance arena.
