The Mindful Escape.

"The Art of Verbal & Body Confidence."

What does it take to restore your confidence after you have taken a knock.  Have you ever been in an escalating argument that is becoming more heated, let's face it, most of us have, and then later wished you dealt with that situation better; if only I had done this or said that. But, what really happened was your emotions took the better of you and you became flustered and panicked.

This course is designed to teach you how to use language to deescalate a threat using language that is not accusatory and interpreting body language so you can plan your escape by keeping your cool in a highly charged environment.

 Ultimately and as last resort we teach quick effective techniques that you can use emboldening you with confidence to assess threat, look for escape routes and execute.

Every coach/speaker will provide you with a skill set so, you can reach down to your tool box and use a technique that resonated with you and you feel comfortable to use.

This year we have invited two experienced guest speakers/coaches on the theme of building & restoring your confidence, mindset and belief.

We are not teaching you to become Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee but to be you!

Prices do not including flights/transfer & drinks but include Full Board & Inclusive of all meals and activities. For a Single Room Full Board £791.00, Double room X 2 (People per room) £539 each & double room for 1 person £863.

The Mindful Escape Day 1.

Meeting our Experienced Coaches.

Today we awaken the body through movement and our coaches will explain how the mind stores information in the form of a pattern and that through practice we turn it into a habit. More importantly we will be looking how to improve habits through new routines that support our confidence muscle.

The Mindful Escape Day 2.

 "Mindset is the subconscious mind after the body has conditioned it."

Learn how the brain filters information through movement to activate the mind & body response. There is no dichotomy between the two. You cannot for instance, teach mindset without moving the body.  For example how can you possibly understand resilience , discipline, dedication , determination and desire without having been knocked down six times and to get back up seven. We will give you the mental tools to rise up.

The Mindful Escape Day 3.

Connect with The Divine.

Learn how a morning ritual can inspire you to become totally peaceful within yourself. The more you are able to let go of anxiety & stress your connection with the divine within you becomes stronger. Learn how successful entrepreneurs and innovators like the Wright Bros experimenting with flight achieved the impossible with no existing blue print how to do it. 


The Mindful Escape Day 4.

Why saying bye is not so painful.

Yes, the day will go fast and we will be saying our good bye's but you will be leaving with a new tool box full of goodies enabling you to thrive. Today, we will be ensuring your knowledge becomes, "knowing," meaning you will have experienced using the tools the coaches have given you and be encouraged to practice and improve by changing routines to serve you better on the day and to continue from this foundation.
